Welcome to my website, my name is Antonella and I am a UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) registered accredited integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with over 15 years of experience in the private and public mental health sectors.
Difficult situations and painful feelings are a reality for many of us. Sometimes we may be unable to make sense of it all and feel unclear on how to move forward. The support we have around us might not feel enough, as it is difficult to open up without feeling judged or misunderstood. In this case, professional counseling and psychotherapy may be a way forward for you.
Some of the issues I have worked with as a psychotherapist and counsellor include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, self harming, work stress, post traumatic stress disorders, abuse, loss and breavement, issues with belonging and identity, relationship and sexuality ilness, chronic pain and disability, panic attacks, familiy diffculties, miscarriage, displacement and transition, postnatal depression, attachment styles, victims of crime.

I will explain my policy on confidentiality, fees, and appointment times.
For indivuals we can work from 8-12 weekly sessions or open-ended. This is something we will talk about when we begin and also revise as we progress, adjusting our work to your needs.
My practice is based in the Liverpool Street area, Shoreditch, and online via Zoom if needed.
