Should you wish to enquire, please email me and we can arrange an initial free-of-charge phone call, where we will discuss what brought you to psychotherapy, express the goals you may wish to achieve, and the doubts you may have about therapy.
Alternatively, I offer a 30-minute online introductory session for which I charge £40. This is to give us a better chance to understand if and how we might work together. I will explain my policy on confidentiality, fees, and appointment times.
Inquiries are answered within 48 hours. I do not reply during weekends.
LOCATION
My private practice is based in the City of London. The nearest tube station is Liverpool Street, EC2M, which is located across from my studio. It is also easily accessible from the center of London. The building itself is fully accessible for people with disabilities or limited mobility; however, it is a very busy part of town next to a Police Station. Please enquire if needed, and we can further discuss on the phone.
Both long-term and short-term counselling (between 6 and 12 weeks minimum) are available.

FEES
I operate on a sliding scale between £70 to £100, depending on what you can realistically afford. This will be set at the initial meeting.
Some concessional rates are available, depending on your circumstances. These rates range from £40 to £60, depending on what you can afford. Please do not hesitate to ask.
Couples between £100 to £120, sessions are 80 minutes long.
Predominantly, I offer long-term and open-ended therapy; however, shorter-term therapy/counselling is a possibility. These details are typically discussed during the initial meeting.
