Therapy can offer a non judgemental, respectful space to hear one's life concerns and issues. I can offer a much-needed fresh perspective, helping you to explore underlying issues that interfere with what you think, feel, and do. In my professional and personal experience I found that talking to someone trained to hear your concerns can be beneficial. In therapy, one's inner experience can be witnessed with clarity and honesty.
Through the years I have developed a strong focus on working with difference and diversity, commiting to emplementing an anti-oppressive practice and I welcome people from all walks of lives and intersections. I also work from a social justice perspective by taking into consideration how the societal structure of the individual may influence their mental health and wellbeing. I am aware that I continue to learn in all areas and I trust that I grow my allyship as I progress my work and personal development in all areas. Members of the LGBTQ+ community an are welcome in my work.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can arrange a first phone call or session without obligation for us to better understand what you may need from therapy.
